По данным следствия, в период с 2021 по 2022 год он на посту директора филиала ООО «Газпром инвест» в Ямало-Ненецком автономном округе многократно получал незаконные вознаграждения от коммерческих организаций за заключение контрактов, выполнение подрядных работ и общее покровительство. В том числе в виде взятки ему были предоставлены моторная лодка и квартиры в Сочи. Общая сумма составила около 30 миллионов рублей.
